Bidding (代理競標): Refers to placing bids on items listed on auction sites like YAHOO Auctions. If the auction has a set end time and the auction ends, the item cannot be purchased immediately. Sekaimen will act on behalf of members to bid on items on specified auction sites (e.g., Japan Yahoo Auctions).
Purchasing (代客訂購): Refers to buying items from shopping websites (such as Rakuten Japan, major brands like Uniqlo, GU, メルカリ, 楽天ラクマ, etc.) on behalf of members.
For purchasing services, you need to fill out a "Purchasing Order" with details such as the product URL, name, model, size, color, quantity, and amount in foreign currency. After submission and confirmation by Sekaimen's customer service, your purchasing request will be processed and an order will be placed on the shopping site.
