If a member does not pick up the items within 15 days after receiving the pickup notification, a storage fee will be charged per item from the 16th day onwards. The standard rate is SGD 2 per item per day for regular items, and SGD 6 per day for large items (such as bumpers, aerodynamic kits, car seats) until the item is picked up.
If the item is not picked up within 30 days, it will be considered as the member relinquishing ownership of the item. Our company will not provide further notification, will not be responsible for the safekeeping of the item, and reserves the right to dispose of the item. The member will not be able to claim any related compensation from our company.
If a member originally planned to pick up the item but is unable to do so within the specified period due to a busy schedule, they may notify our company to switch to a delivery method. The cost will be charged in the third stage.
